Cost of living is higher than most places.  Finding affordable short term housing is difficult.  Have to take a shuttle bus to and from work to your car which is quite a ways away.  Except for the last 4 days the weather has been gloomy for 5.5 months.

It’s not a bad place to work but like with every big hospital, everyone is in a leadership position and no one wants to work. So basically office space
