Minimum requirements:

* Current and valid NYS RN license
* Bachelor of Science in nursing, or willingness to purse defined plan for matriculation in program demonstrated by ongoing course work each semester
* BLS certification
* 2 years of experience in acute setting or one year in community health
* Must have some week day availability to orient
