Co-workers are the only pro

Management does not care about the safety of the employees. Management has no idea how things are ran on the floor or what actually happens. They don’t even truly care about the patients. They only care about the money. Favoritism is HUGE. would not recommend working here. Everyone is leaving and looking for a new job because it’s that’s bad. they are losing employees faster than they can bring new ones on. New employees rarely stay past a month.
