The main reason for the rating was due to a physician problem. The physician always had a problem with new people. Besides the physician it was a great place to work.

They never have supplies. Level one trauma center that often doesn’t have c collars?!? Management makes fun of other staff to other staff. Poor support for bedside staff. The staff are pretty miserable but nice
