Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters Degree preferred. Experience in co-occurring disorders and addiction required. Must have ability to communicate well, both orally and written, leadership skills, ability to organize and facilitate patient care in any inpatient unit within the hospital, training in group dynamics and group therapy, physical and psychological assessment skills, and ability to work within a team structure.

Responsibilities for the Nurse Supervisor include:

* Supervises nursing staff on 3rd shift

* Reports pertinent clinical information to the Chief Nursing Officer

* Works with Security to ensure safety of patients and staff
* Complies with current hospital safety and infection control policies

Requirements:
