Pros
My experience at University of Maryland was a very positive one. So good that I stayed 51 weeks. You can have heavy work loads but I worked with some really good RT's and the supervisors would always jump in and help as needed if they were available to do so.
Cons
The weekly pay is lower than other nearby contracts.
