About Ardor Health Solutions
Ardor Health Solutions formed in 2001 and remains a privately held medical staffing business owned and operated by the same family. Over the years we have expanded our staffing and recruiting capabilities to include therapy services, nursing services, and all allied services.
If you would like the personal service that comes with a staff of recruiters that have an average tenure with the company between 5 and 15 years, and the knowledge of our client services representatives with similar experience, there is no need to look any further.
At Ardor Health Solutions you can expect better than average pay packages, extraordinary benefits, and the peace of mind that you will not be forgotten once you start your assignment. Perhaps that is why so many of our caregivers have completed more than a dozen different assignments with us over our long history.
One final fact about Ardor Health Solutions. We have been paying our caregivers weekly since 2001, and we have never, ever, missed a payroll. If you are currently on an assignment with us, thank you. If you have traveled with us before, we would like to welcome you back. If you have never traveled with us, give us a try. You will not be disappointed.
AnonymousBeen a LN 12 years plus with SNF LTC facilities, newby to Travel Nursing. Ardor Health make my job search easy breezy and their staff very helpful. With their efficient hiring process, they got me hired for a 36 wks assignments in my home state. Looking forward working for them forever. Thanks you so much for my exciting new travel nursing adventure and freedom.
AnonymousIf you are new at traveling, connect with this Jessice-you’ll be very glad you did! Jessica has opted to do a job that reflects her heart and desire to help others and her upstanding goals and values have been transparent from our first conversation. I am an RN who has never taken a travel position and Jessica has shown patience with my many questions and always answers me promptly and clearly. I now view her as much a friend as a colleague/recruiter. I cannot express my gratitude and great satisfaction with her attention to my needs and desires in the field. I pray many blessings for her as well as Ardor and NurseFly.
AnonymousNot recommended. I was very displeased. My recruiter was not very helpful not did she keep me up to date with changes to my upcoming assignment. I was supposed to begin an assignment and was notified the afternoon before that I wasn't starting until "approved". All paperwork had been completed as well as modules requested by the facility. Long story short, the recruiter was very rude when I attempted to express how aggravated I had been with the agency and facility. As a new traveler, I expected to be notified of changes, receive all requirements at one time (not several days later), be prompt, experienced enough to explain most circumstances, and someone who would have my back, not one who only cares about the Client/facility.
AnonymousI applied for a position and could not get Jessica to call me back. She either texted or emailed me stuff that I had no idea she had sent. I was told to do a checklist and an exam and yet there was no where on the material sent to me to do the exam. They filled the position before I could get ahold of her. When I tried again to contact her no answer of course until after the position was filled. In fact she wanted to know why I had not done the exam. She did not respond when I told her they did not send it. I had not worked anywhere for 3 months ( not intentionally, I had COVID)and was desperately needing this job. I feel that it could have been due to my age, she was not in to much hurry to help me do anything. Us older nurses need work too. I have traveled before and was never treated like this.
