Once on assignment, job duties for this role include; assessing patients, creating individualized patient care plans, documentation of emergency room procedures, clear communication with patients and families, successful collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and the administration of emergency care for all patients in the ER. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the ER and 2 years experience in an acute setting overall.
