Description
The OR registered nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and re-evaluating the needs, treatment and care of patients within the OR suite.

Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct and manage the clinical and operational functions of the Operating Room (OR) environment during all hours of operation.
- Take and monitor patients' vital signs as well as physical and emotional well-being
- Ensure correct patient is being operated on and correct procedure is being performed
- Collaborate with the departments of nursing, surgery, anesthesia and administrative leadership
- Create and maintain a sterile/safe surgical environment
- Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional care for patients and their families.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree/diploma/associate degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current registered nursing license in NE or willingness to attain a state license
- 1 year recent experience working in the United States
- Minimum 2 years experience in the OR
- BLS, ACLS, PALS required
