Elite Specialty Staffing

About
Elite Specialty Staffing started in a tiny living room in Boise, Idaho as the part-time passion project of our founder, Jen. As a seasoned travel nurse, Jen was very familiar with how to take care of patients and wanted to take the same approach to helping other travel nurses find fulfillment in their career – wherever that road may take them.Over the years we’ve grown – and although we’re no longer operating in Jen’s living room anymore- one thing hasn’t changed. We care about every registered nurse on our team. We’ve worked diligently to ensure our level of “caring” separates us and have no intent to change. We’re all in the people business it turns out, and we love every minute of what we do for each and every nurse on our team. We’ve grown into a full RN/BSN-based professional nursing agency with locations in Idaho, Oregon and Utah and we operate nationally. We specialize in both per diem and travel nursing contracts for experienced ED, ICU, OB, OR/PACU, NICU, and MS nurses. Since 2004, we’ve built up a significant pool of highly competent, flexible and reliable travel nurses. Our stability and growth over the years is a demonstration of the clinical competence and positive demeanor our nurses bring to every clinical setting. We’re still writing our story one chapter at a time, and look forward to sharing a few pages of the journey with you.
