Certified Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal Intensive Care - (CRT - NICU)
StartDate: 11/25/2020Available Shifts: 8/10/12 D/E/N Pay Rate: $1100.00 - 1850.00

BETHEL, ALASKA. Shared housing is available! No spouses and no pets. CRT or RRT's. Treatment, ALL solo work. Must be able to work independently. Neonatal experience preferred. Must be comfortable with High Risk L & D and placing infants and adults on vents. Graduate of AMA accredited Respiratory Therapy Program or equivalent, approved by NBRC with AS degree. Graduate of AMA accredited Respiratory Therapy Program or equivalent, approved by NBRC with AS degree. Please make note of the following information: - Private Housing is not provided - Initial Airfare to YKHC will be "reimbursed" upon candidate's arrival (This is only based on the average cost of a plane ticket, if the candidate brings additional items they will be responsible for the cost)- Cab vouchers will be provided based on the employee's proximity and distance to the hospital (this is done at the discretion of the Hiring Manager).- There is "no" Holiday Rate Pay provided for this position. We would also like to have the following information to process the applicant: Note: The following information is needed in order for the candidate to be on-boarded for the position:- Physical Address- E-mail Address- Phone Number- Date of Birth- Social Security Number (SSI#) Immunization requirements from our Nurse Administrator:- Hepatitis A- Hepatitis B- Varicella- Measles- Mumps- Rubella- T-Dap- PolioOr, Titers and/or the historical shot records for the candidate (Ex. Hep B is done usually from ages 1-4) If the candidate is not able to provide the shots listed above, they will not be accepted for the position Additionally, airfare is paid initially by the candidate and/or the agency and will be reimbursed upon the candidate's arrival here in Bethel, AK. Please let us know when this is done. (Note: We recommend reserving the flight for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday as we have New Hire Orientation classes on Tuesday of each week) Note: We are required to receive the flight itinerary information for the candidate at least (1) week in advance to ensure that we can provide Scheduling, NEO Class attendance, Housing, etc. Please be awere that anyone arriving into Bethel must do a 14 day quarantine (unpaid) before going through corporate oriention.
