Description

Medical Float R.N. (PCU/TCU/Surgical) Must be able to float to 3 areas (possible areas listed below along with their descriptions).
***To be considered, please fill out the required pre-screen form*** ***Candidate must have completed at least 1 travel assignment ***
SHIFT: Day/Night rotation, working every other weekend and holiday (36 guaranteed hrs)(typically there is no call)(shift to be discussed in interview)
Medical 16 bed unit Medical/Oncology 15 bed unit (Both units are right next to each other but patients receiving chemo would be put on the South end of the unit which has other Oncology patients.
Medical/Surgical ICU: care for all types of patients excluding transplant.- avg. length of stay is 1-2 days, high patient turnover
PCU: 32 bed unit-N/P ratio 1:3 days and 1:4-5 nights-Day charge does not take patients, night charge takes light patient load
