*Acute Cardiac Diagnoses (Acute MI, CHF, Septic shock, cardiogenic shock)with technological expertise in Temporary pacing, Intraaoritc Balloon pumping, Mechanical Ventilation, Hemodynamic monitoring
*~ 1700 admissions/year * Average LOS:4.0

Staffing/Scheduling:
*RN ratio 1:2/ICU & 1:4/IU
*Flexible scheduling options
*Charge nurse without assignment
* Team leader RN without assignment
*Hire separately for Intermediate pod, but support of unit and flexing to work intermediate are scheduled as needed and all participate
*Day/night shift rotation available
