PT- Rehab/Ltach needed ASAP Physical Therapist | North Dakota Board Of Physical Therapy | Prior to Start Date | HR Primary Sources Driver's License with Acceptable Driving Record | Driver's License - Current State Licensed | Prior to Start Date | HR Primary Sources Basic Life Support (BLS) | American Heart Association (AHA) | Within 90 Days of Start Date | Learning Management System The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of inpatient hospital and inpatient rehabilitation patients in compliance with licensure standards. The physical therapist works with an interdisciplinary team to identify patient goals, barriers to discharge and ongoing physical therapy services. The Physical Therapist centers the care around the patient and exercises independent judgement in planning and organizing the plan of care for the patient.
