Job Description:
Evaluate and execute appropriate treatment for patients within the spectrum of care with an emphasis on quality of care, continuity of services, and cost-effectiveness. Provides medically prescribed physical therapy and establishes a plan of care for patients.

Experience: 2 years

Required Certifications:
BLS, license for specified discipline

Skills required: Inpatient rehab experience, High complexity patient care experience, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, EPIC experience
Support on the Unit: Following orientation, the traveler could continue to reach out to the mentor, supervisor, manager, or other rehab disciplines on the unit for continued support/questions.
