HealthCare Support is currently seeking a Director of Nursing to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in North Carolina.
Daily Responsibilities for Director of Nursing:
- Supervises and evaluates patient care delivery
- Implements management systems, facility policies, and procedures
- Coordinates Nursing Service activities with facility administration, community agencies, physicians, families, consultants, and ancillary service personnel
- Ensures nursing service compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Assumes 24-hour responsibility for assigned sections
- Undertakes additional departmental duties as required
- Shift: Monday to Friday
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- RN License in NC
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Minimum 1 year of Supervisory experience (Manager, Supervisor, Coordinator)

- $104,000 - $112,000 a year (dependent on experience)
