Essential Job Functions: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care during scheduled shift to ensure that the needs of the elders in the assigned hall are met. Will oversee the day-to-day clinical aspects of care for each resident on the hall and will utilize the contributions of all the other team members when developing and implementing care strategies. Provides medication and treatments and direct nursing care according to the needs and will be responsible for the quality of care and managing their quality-of-life issues. Matrix Charting System Certifications and Licenses Montana or Compact Registered Nurse License CPR Position Summary: Join our outstanding I CARE Team! We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our Extended Care Facility. This position is responsible for managing the clinical needs of residents in the skilled nursing facility. Duties include but not limited to practice utilizing the full nursing process, developing care plans, giving medications and treatment, working with families and providers, and directing the day-to-day duties of the CNA's.
