Required Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS: Acute care discharge planning and UR experience; PRI Cert
LICENSE/CREDENTIALS REQ: NY License and BSN
SYSTEMS: EPIC, Allscripts, Interqual, and CarePort experience required
