1/15,1/22, 1/29 start dates, 60 miles radius rule. Locals allowed at a lower rate ($44hr). Patient population is LTAC, TBIs, ventilators, feeding tubes, low level cardiac drips, and some organ transplants. Parking is in adjacent lot. 36hr option available
