Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - RNFA

Shift: Days/ 6:30a-3p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F, Plus On-Call Weeknight, Weekend, & Holiday Rotation

Length: 13 Weeks

Must work at least every other holiday

Requirements:

• OH/Compact License in hand
  
• Minimum 1.5 years CVOR experience
• Must have experience with vein harvesting
  
• Must have Epic experience
• AHA BLS
• Acceptable score on ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate
  

Monday- Friday= 80 hours per pay period plus on call weeknight, weekend, and holiday rotation.
Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience.
Minimum of 18 months perm CVOR experience prior to travel
Must have experience with vein harvesting
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
**AHA BLS required
**MUST have Epic experience
*2 recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED
Orientation time (32-40hrs)
PBDS Assessment – waived.
ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE
