OT with Home Health experience needed for 13 weeks in Portsmouth, VA with an asap start date. Must be VA licensed and have BLS. For more information, please inquire

Required Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS: 2+ yrs exp; must have Home Health Oasis experience. HH OT will utilize own vehicle and be reimbursed mileage from leaving first visit to last visit (not to travel home). EMR is EPIC. PALS Preferred
