Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- SC is part of the PT compact privilege states
- 1 year experience
- Must have PT Home Health experience
- BLS
- Float within scope to meet facility needs
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- No Locals, 75 miles radius rules
Start date: ASAP
Shift: Days- 5x8's; Monday- Friday; 8:30A-5P
