Description: Job Summary:Primarily responsible for applying the nursing process to the care of veteran patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room.-This includes, but is not limited to, assuring that appropriate documentation reflects assessment of patient needs, interdisciplinary treatment plans, clinical intervention, and evaluation of patients' responses to treatments.-Also responsible for assigning and evaluating the work of non-nursing direct care providers assigned to the operating room.
