Job Description & Requirements
Occupational Therapist - Rehab - (OT - Rehab)
StartDate: 6/10/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1752.10 - $2018.73

Must have 2+ references in the last 12 months of employment by a Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, or Supervisor and a recent Skills Checklist IN ORDER TO BE SUBMITTED. OT with 2+ years of experience coming from an inpatient rehab facility (not SNF exp) needed for a mixture of SCI and TBI units. MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN AN INPATIENT REHAB FACILITY AND NEURO EXPERIENCE. Mixture of SCI, BI, CVA, amputation/transplant/oncology units. Experience with brain and spinal injuries, amputation, strokes, transplant and oncology is highly preferred. MD License, BLS and Covid vaccine or Physician-signed/authorized Medical declination are required at submission. Will consider local candidates.

MUST HAVE NEURO EXPERIENCE & 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN AN INPATIENT REHAB FACILITY

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with brain and spinal injuries, amputation, strokes, transplant and oncology is highly preferred
