Job Description: Accepts and directs all incoming calls to computerized Pbx system. The ability to multi task in a high volume call center environment with speed and accuracy. Excellent verbal communication skills and good listener, Cooperative and enjoys working with others as Part of a Team.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Six months to one (1) year experience as an operator in a Healthcare environment preferred.
Technical Skills: Computer proficiency, knowledge of working with switchboards, two way radios and alarm monitoring skills.
License/Certification: None
Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patient.
