Overall Weekly Amount: $2,606

$32.25/hr and $48.37/hr Overtime. Weekly Taxable: $1,290
Weekly M&IE Per Diem: $448
Weekly Lodging Per Diem: $868
Weekly Nontaxable Per Diem: $1,316

Med Surg / Telemetry (RN / Registered Nurse) Requirements:

Licensure: Active New Hampshire or Compact License
Certification: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Experience: 2+ years
