Matrix Providers is hiring a Psychiatric Technician to join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our Military Service Members and their families at the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton located in Oceanside, CA.

* Setting: Naval Hospital, Camp Pendleton (located in Oceanside, CA)
* Role: Identify mental health and nursing diagnoses, and provide patient education.
* Compensation: $25.10/hour + $4.41/hour for Health & Welfare + $2500 Sign on Bonus
* Schedule: Monday to Friday | 40 Hours/Week | Shift varies between the hours of 6AM and 6PM

* Start Date: Pending credentials/security approvals, which can take 4-6 weeks.

* Experience: One year (1) of experience as a Psychiatric Technician after graduation.
* Degree: Certificate of completion from an accredited Psychiatric Technician training program.
* Must possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from either the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
* Education: Graduation from an accredited Psychiatric Technician Program; or completion of equivalent education and experience that meets the requirement of the American Association of Psychiatric Technicians; or completion of education and experience as a behavioral science specialist/technician in the United States military and proof of having completed an Armed Forces course involving a psychiatric technician training; or civilian course from an accredited school in the care of behavioral health patients.
