Pros

This was my first traveling assignment, so I have not had much experience with different recruiters, but here was my experience with Raphael. He always let me know when he would be unavailable and provide a contact should I need it. He checked in with me almost weekly, was pretty quick at following up with situations/questions, and he was easy to communicate with.

Cons

As far as RT contracts go in comparison to other agencies, Host tends to be at the lower side of salaries. I was told this is due to recruiter availability, and credentialing specialists. So depending on your experience and what you find most valuable, this could be a perk or con.
