Qualifications - External Minimum Education • Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy, • Advanced degree (e.g., PharmD. MS, MBA, MHA) preferred. • ASAP-accredited residency (PGY1/PGY2) preferred. Required Licenses [West Virginia, United States] Other • Registered Pharmacist • ASHP Sterile Compounding Preparation Certificate or equivalent a plus Minimum Work Experience • Five (5) years of practice experience in an acute care pharmacy including USP 797, 795, and 800 experience. • Three (3) years of Pharmacy automation experience • Three (3) years of experience with controlled substance diversion investigations • Drug Diversion Prevention software knowledge a plus
