Acute Rehab Travel RN
• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care based on patient needs.
• Initiate assessment based on the patient problems or needs, physician’s medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.
• Making appropriate adjustments and modifications to treatment plans as indicated/directed by supervisors or prescribed by the physician.
• Administer medications as ordered to assigned patients.
• Communicating and documenting changes in patient condition, on a timely bases, to charge nurse/supervisor and physician.
• Flexibility to travel to the assignment location.
• Availability to work the facility’s required schedule.
• Willingness to complete onboarding items in a timely manner.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the highest quality of patient care.
• Also referred to as: Acute Rehabilitation Nurse, Rehab Nurse

Job Requirements
• 2 years of recent experience as a rehab nurse
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Current state specific RN license in good standing, or if applicable, a compact state RN license in good standing
• BLS certification required
