Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Cath Lab Tech

Shift: Days / 7:30a-4p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, one 4 day weekend per month

Length: 13 weeks

Call Requirement: During the week call is 16:00 - 07:30 the next morning. Weekend call is Friday 16:00 until Monday at 07:30. Call schedule is two call nights a week for two weeks ofthe month, one call weekend (Friday night-Monday morning) per month and the week following your call weekend with no call

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience
• Scrub, Circulate (must have IR experience 90% is IR)
• ACLS
• BCLS
• ARRT or RCIS

Others:

• Unit will accept 1st Time Traveler
• Special Equipment: GE MAC Lab, Philips iFR/IVUS, Canon and GE Labs, Angio Jet, Pneumbra, EKOS, Inari, CSI Atherectomy System, Bovi System for Implanta Plasma Blade Cutter, Radiofrequency Ablation Unit Venous Closure Unit, Sono Site, S2000 Ultrasound Unit, IABP, Impella

REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:Experience Required: Minimum 2 years.Traveler Experience: Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st Time TravelerRequired Skills: Scrub, Circulate (must have IR experience 90% is IR)Required Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, ARRT or RCIS
JOB DETAILS:Shift: 5-8 HR day shifts (07:30-16:00)**rotating schedule (one 4 day weekend per month).Call Requirement: During the week call is 16:00 - 07:30 the next morning. Weekend call is Friday 16:00 until Monday at 07:30. Call schedule is two call nights a week for two weeks ofthe month, one call weekend (Friday night-Monday morning) per month and the week following your call weekend with no call. Occasional additional call may be required (even distribution among all staff members).Expect urgent/emergent cardiology and interventional radiology procedures. Callback time is 30 minutes for STEMIs, IR callback time is determined based on procedure type.Call team consists of three staff members one of which is an RN.

Procedures: We are a combo lab (IR/Cardiology/Vascular/EP) Patient Population: We are a combo lab (IR/Cardiology) with an approximate 90%/10% split with IR being the 90%.
Special Equipment: GE MAC Lab, Philips iFR/IVUS, Canon and GE Labs, Angio Jet, Pneumbra, EKOS, Inari, CSI Atherectomy System, Bovi System for Implanta Plasma Blade Cutter, Radiofrequency Ablation Unit Venous Closure Unit, Sono Site, S2000 Ultrasound Unit, IABP, Impella.
SCRUBS: Scrubs are provided.
