Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - OT Home Health
Shift/Hours: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, no weekends, no call
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:

IL License
1 year Home Health OT experience required
AHA BLS
OASIS and start of care experience strongly preferred
Valid drivers license and car insurance required

COVID vaccination required - DECLINATIONS WILL NOT BE APPROVED
