CA license
2 years experience
Charting: EPIC
Occupational Therapy Certification
Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
AHA BLS

50 miles travel

Education: California licensed occupational therapist. Participation in professional organization is desirable. Knowledge: One continuing education course for each year of practice is desirable. Maintains current CPR Certification.
