Low patient to nurse ratio. Supportive of staff even travelers. Doctors friendly and supportive. Staff treats you fairly. Welcoming to travelers.

None. The only bad thing is weather but that has nothing to do with the facility. Just saying. Cold, gloomy, snow and ice.
