Our facility is licensed for 400 beds and provides a variety of clinical services to meet each patient's needs. Low Pay, Uncaring Management, Great Ratios
Patient ratios are great inpatient. Pay is quite low for outpatient settings. Pay for inpatient settings is adequate on some floors. I worked outpatient and the management is unhelpful and punitive
