At the time of my contract, the hospital was staffed with approximately 90% travelers, I was forced to take charge role without sufficient training, and we were always left short of staff with high acuity patients. I hear it’s not that bad note from staff I remain in contact with still. I would go back for them!

Worked two weekends on a 43-bed Med. - Surg. floor with absolutely NO TECH support. We RNs were encouraged by the manager to work together and help each other. That's when I left.

Dangerous Patient Conditions- Not Worth It!

Doable but Dangerous place to lose your license

Unsafe ratios, no support, often working without CNAs, patient acuity not appropriate for most floors, staff isn’t friendly to travelers
