Management left nurses in charge of patients for 18 to 24 hours on numerous occasions because they did not have staff to replace them. On multiple occasions we dealt with unsafe staffing ratios with extremely critically ill patients. Supplies for taking care of critically ill patients were either expired or obsolete. Security was a joke. My fellow staff was pretty amazing but it doesn’t make up for feeling like you’re working in a Third World country. this hospital is unsafe.
Very unsafe
I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone. The assignment was very unsafe not only for the nurses but for the patients and management didn't help to make this different.
