Marian Regional Medical Center

Excellent pay. Mostly wonderful workers there. There is a very toxic traveler scrub tech that’s been there for years. She doesn’t actually work as a scrub tech but works in the center core. Still gets paid traveler tech wages and is very hostile/ invasive. She has a small toxic circle of people she spends time with there. Outside of those bad people, it’s truly a wonderful place to work. I frequently floated to the ER and had an awesome time there. Everyone was so kind and gave off a great team vibe.

The current director will do nothing to curb toxic staff/travelers. She focuses solely on her own department she co-manages with the OR.
