Unit is very traveler friendly. Staff is great. Docs are great to work with. Easily approachable
Cons
High acuity. High patient ratios. Can be as high as 10:1. Little ancillary staff. No consideration to patient acuity or work load when assigning new patients. Poor management. ED director places high demands on staff without giving tools to succeed
