Affiliated with Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, New York, Nuvance Health Medical Practice is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to work with our busy and growing practice. Our employed outpatient practices utilize our hospitalist program for in-patient admissions. Our providers work in a respectful and collegial environment with excellent work life balance. Ob/GYN shares in the office as well. The practice consists of 5 physicians and 2 NP. Location: Kingston-40 Hurley Avenue Work Type: Full-Time Standard Hours: 40.00 FTE: 1.000000 Work Schedule: Day 8 Work Shift: Monday through Friday, variable 7:45-6pm Org Unit: 1325 Department: Kingston Primary Care Exempt: Yes Grade: P1 Salary Range: $110,000- 130,000 annually Working conditions: Essential: * Some manual skills / motor coord & finger dexterity * Some occupational risk * Medium to Heavy effort.
