This growing unit is a part of Forsyth's 52 intermediate care beds and cares for higher acuity patients. CLINICAL SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with one (1) year of nursing experience in area of specialty. * Associates Degree with three (3) years' clinical experience OR Bachelor's in Nursing with Two (2) years' clinical experience. * Demonstrated ability to set priorities and make appropriate clinical and supervisory decisions. Must possess good problem solving skills. * Demonstrated leadership capabilities. * Certified in cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR). * Other certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required based on department needs. RN REQUIREMENTS: * Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations. * Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training. * Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS). * Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.) are unit specific. PATIENT CARE TECH REQUIREMENTS: * One year patient care tech experience in a hospital or acute care setting. * Current BLS card (CPR) * High School diploma or equivalent UNIT SECRETARY REQUIREMENTS: * One (1) year previous experience in a clerical position. * Basic knowledge of medical terminology. * Ability to type.
