PLEASE NOTE* Full time Non-Seasonal What does the RN role entail? * Full Time - base schedule 3 days and minimum of 30 hours a week * Rotating Schedule to include rotating Saturday's with occasional Sunday's based on holidays * Starting and ending times can range from 4:00 am to 6:00 pm * Average hours range from 12 to 14 hours a day * Oversee a group of up to 16 dialysis patients with the partnership of up to 4 fully trained PCTs * Paid Dialysis Training provided What does a successful RN look like? * At least 1 year of hands on nursing experience * Experience within fast paced settings such as ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal * ADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in Michigan * Confident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTs * Someone who is eager to learn and expand their nursing experience Get to Know Us! * DaVita Mission and Values * DaVita Facts * DaVita Rewards & Benefits * Registered Nurse - ICHD, HHD, PD At DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second.
