Overview $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS for FULL TIME positions for RN candidates with over 1 year of experience. This is paid out in one lump sum in the paycheck after you've been employed by us for 30 days (contingent on meeting the requirements.) While you're busy impacting the healthcare industry, we'll take care of you with benefits that include health/dental/vision, FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation, adoption assistance, and Responsibilities Responsibilities: * Except to deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift * Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation * Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging Qualifications Qualifications: * Associate's Degree In Nursing * One Year Of Experience In Medical Surgical Unit * Active Texas RN license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Nursing * Basic Life Support (BLS AHA) * Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire.
