As a part of Optum, the largest network of medical groups in the country, Optum Oregon Medical Group is seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team Remote Team. Required Qualifications * Master's degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year college * Active Unrestricted Oregon State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License or ability to obtain prior to employment. * Current Oregon DEA certificate or the ability to obtain prior to employment. * Access to reliable high-speed internet * Able to work well with others in a team environment. * Live locally within commuting distance to Eugene. Preferred Qualifications * 2+ years of clinical practice experience * Urgent Care or ER experience strongly preferred. * Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics * Proficiency in common medication indications, side effects, and contraindications * Confidence with clinical decision making over telephone visit.
