Purpose of Job: Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by coordinating and scheduling pharmacy staff and ensuring proper facilitation of pharmacies as follows: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Creates pharmacy staff schedules and provides same day coordination of staffing resources for pharmacy sites while maintaining appropriate staffing ratios. * Responsible for timely and appropriate completion of pharmacy licensing and registering requirements. * Performs pharmacy, medical, and dental inventory management including but not limited to on site audits and dual inventory support. * Manages pharmacy vendor relations including contract management. * Manages account requirements for CHAS programs such as sliding fee, voucher, payment plans, and grants management. * Assists 340b Program Specialist with completion of new pharmacy contracts and recredentialing requirements. * Participates in protocol and policy and procedure development. * Completes a variety of assignments simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. * Performs other duties as assigned, including supporting the CHAS Health Mission and Core Values. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in business, health administration or related field required. Pharmacy Technician Board (PTCB or NHA) certification required. Washington locations must have active Pharmacy Technician Certification license with WA Department of Health at time of hire. Pharmacy business experience in a small to mid sized company preferred. Knowledge of 340b pricing program preferred. Innovative, analytical and have strong business acumen required. Demonstrated competency in managing a department for a small to mid-sized company required. Above average level of computer skills required. Experience with financial and management software packages preferred. Commitment to supporting a safe, respectful, equitable, and inclusive environment required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Valid drivers' license and insurance required. Physical Demands: Sitting at a workstation between 1/3 and 2/3of the day. Able to move around the facility over 2/3 of the day. Reaching, using hands, climbing, stooping, or crawling less than 1/3 of the day. Communication is also required over 2/3rds of the day. Lifting up to 10 lbs occurs occasionally, while 25-50 lbs occurs infrequently.
