Director ICU

The Director is the designated leader for the ICU and is responsible for the patient population and assigned staff. The Director plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the unit activities. The Director also provides direction, support and guidance to the charge nurse and staff. Aids in their development both clinically and managerially. 24-hour accountability of units which includes assisting in patient care in emergencies. Licenses/Certifications: BLS. ACLS, current Florida RN license.
