The rapid response team nurse (RRT RN) has a unique set of skills and a job role requiring a response to a variety if emergent situations within the healthcare setting. The RRT RN will complete comprehensive patient assessments. Facilitates communication between health care team members in order to meet the needs of the patient and family in the healthcare setting. REQUIRED: * Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations. * Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training. * Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS). * Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.) are unit specific.
