Our busy Clinic is recruiting a Lead Registered Nurse! We need your caring and compassionate nursing expertise to continue providing our patients with top-notch quality care. Key Responsibilities: * The Lead Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality support to physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) in meeting the practice's operational needs and the patient's medical needs. * Works collaboratively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to promote positive patient outcomes. * The Lead RN assesses and evaluates patient conditions and then plans, implements, provides, and documents patient care that follows professional nursing standards and outlined practices. Work Location: Onsite - this role is expected to work onsite and is located in the Denver metro area, Colorado. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in nursing, biological science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution. * Three years registered nurse Nursing experience. * Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado. Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire. Preferred Qualifications: * 2 years job-related/clinic experience. * RN experience in Primary Care or Care Management setting. * Nursing certification (ANCC) in specialty area. * Bilingual, Spanish-speaking. * Computer skills: EPIC, Kronos, MS Office: Outlook, Power Point, Word. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Effectively communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, at all levels, including physicians, leadership, and staff. * Strong knowledge of CPT & ICD-10 procedure coding. * Strong knowledge of value-based care and risk-based coding procedures in Primary Care. * Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to advance diversity and inclusion. Conditions of Employment: * Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers is issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross healthcare provider-level CPR certification. * Complies with applicable University of Colorado School of Medicine, Community Practice mandatory education and training. * Maintains all required licensure and certifications for the position. * Must be able to travel to alternate locations as assigned. Anticipated Pay Range: The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $76,517 to $97,330. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
