TGH Crystal River is a 128-bed Joint Commission-accredited acute care hospital which opened in 1978. In keeping with their heritage, the hospital provides quality, compassionate healthcare to residents of Citrus County and surrounding areas. TGH Crystal River care services include a dedicated orthopedic bone and joint center, cardiac catheterization lab and freestanding emergency department in Citrus Hills. Surgical services include robotic-arm assisted, minimally invasive options for general and bariatric surgeries. TGH Crystal River is designated as an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention), and Accredited Heart Failure Center and is a Joint Commission Certified Primary Stroke Center. The Float Pool RN floats to various departments throughout the hospital according to need. Must have prior experience in a specialty area in order to qualify for that option. * Option One: Must have at least 2 years' experience and works in Med/Surg or Telemetry * Option Two: Must have at least 2 years' experience and works in ICU or ER $15,000 SIGN ON BONUSES FOR FT REGISTERED NURSE CANDIDATES Requirements: * FL RN license * 2 years of experience working in the respective department. * BLS, ACLS, and PALS-(ER) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required prior to hire. NIHSS required.
