Integrated Nurse Specialist - Interventional Radiology, Part Time Days

Non-acute care is offered through various affiliates, JOB SUMMARY Under supervision of the Radiologist, the Radiology Nurse will provide high quality nursing care throughout the department. This individual interacts with patients of all ages. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Graduate of a certified nursing school or equivalent program. Licensure/Registration/Certification: Current NYS RN License, BLS Certification required, ACLS preferred. Work Experience: Coronary Care or Emergency Department experience. Physical & Other Factors: Must be able to assist in lifting and mobilizing patients and medical equipment. Thoroughly familiar with physiological monitoring of patients. Work & Environment Factors: Ionizing radiation, radioactive isotopes.
